Sara Domingos

Hello, my name is Sara Domingos. I am a comic artist originally from Portugal, now based in the UK.
Growing up, I was always amazed by art. I remember finding and reading my first comic book on a bus and that started my interest and passion for comics. From then, I started drawing little comics and creating stories.
At the age of 18, after I graduated high school with a course on visual arts, I came to the UK to study Illustration and Animation.

Throughout this course, I found out comics are my passion and truly what I want to keep doing for years to come.
I love creating moving and emotional stories that mix reality and fiction together. The main focus on my comics is the line art. I love creating visuals with delicate lines and different colour schemes to convey the emotion in my stories. I always like to add some sparks of fantasy so that the universe of my comics can seem a bit more magical than the real world.
