The Augmented-Reality Tattoo Application (T.A.T for short) is an application that I have developed for my final project at Coventry University. This project aims to allow users to reclaim their meanings behind their tattoos as I found that there is still a stigma surrounding people with tattoos and their meanings. This is achieved by allowing a user to connect their tattoo with augmented reality technology to bring their tattoos to life by linking them with an image, or three-dimensional model.

Alongside my application, I have developed a website to serve as a location to download the application, as well as an online demonstration without needing to first install the app. This online demonstration is in the style of a tattoo flash sheet, when a user clicks on one of the designs a video will play demonstrating the application working. The project has been developed using the Unity engine and Vuforia, a tool used for augmented reality technology.

The Augmented-Reality Tattoo App, lets you bring your tattoos to life and embed even more meaning behind them!
