Delyan Mitev

I have always been passionate about architecture and design. Furthermore, throughout my life, I have always aspired to someday be able to bring people's dreams to life through architecture. That has led me to study and design as comfortable, sustainable, and environmentally friendly buildings as possible during my undergraduate studies.

The project is located on Spon End, Coventry, a very vehicle-orientated site, filled with many car repair shops. It aims to rejuvenate the area by bringing more people and nature as well as attention to issues such as pollution. Considering the surroundings of the site, the goal is achieved by creating an Entertainment Centre, accompanied by a work/recycle shop where people could gather, relax and learn.
