The project: Cascade offers a place for users to connect, learn and relax. The proposal will provide an Urban room for the local Council to display their ideas for the future of the city, along with a tram station to connect locals and visitors all around Coventry. The building will also provide educational facilities for the architecture students of Coventry University, these will include 2 architecture studios, a lecture hall & a communal indoor/ outdoor student space. The cafe will be open to all with a rejuvenated site that will offer recreational and leisure activities for all visitors.
