The ability to turn an idea or emotion into a physical object is what has always fascinated me about design. During my time at Coventry University, and particularly during the lockdown period, I have developed a huge passion for 3D modelling, and I am subsequently looking for a career in which I can utilize my passion and skills.
Whilst I have taught myself a multitude of techniques across several CAD programmes, I still have a hunger to learn more within the discipline. In my third year, I had the opportunity to put my skills into practice whilst on a summer placement at HPL Proto in Coventry – this experience solidified my desire to work within the industry.
Since starting University, I have spent my time working as a student rep, creating a course society, organising social events, and most recently forming and leading the degree show committee. As a naturally enthusiastic and inquisitive person, I am always looking for activities, projects, and events to get involved with.
My work can be found on my LinkedIn, Behance, and Instagram profiles – please do not hesitate to have a look and contact me if you have any questions.
Ginetta G-ZERO
A lightweight, 400 BHP electric racing car for a one-make racing series in the year 2030. The G-ZERO aims to emulate the spectacle of classic car racing as we begin to lose internal combustion powered racing cars. To provide a visual spectacle, transparent body panels expose the mechanical elements of the car. Dynamic lighting illuminates the workings of the car through these windows in response to how aggressively it is being driven.
Please note: this project is not officially associated with Ginetta in any way, and is purely an independent student design project produced for my thesis.
