Emily Williams

I'm Emily Williams and I am an up and coming Media Production graduate from Coventry University. Throughout my life, I have always been heavily involved in art, photography and media; I find that creativity is my expressive outlet.

I didn't plan on being the director, producer, editor and everything in-between for that matter. I had a team of creative professionals on board to help me produce 3 Men Gone Mad. However, due to COVID 19 and the UK Government guidelines, I had to take on this project alone. Challenging, yes! But what's life without a challenge? This process has allowed me to grow as a creative and an individual whilst enabling me to combine my artistic skills with my knowledge and understanding of powerful storytelling.

Woody, the main and only contributor in 3 Men Gone Mad, is a good friend of mine and it has been an honour working alongside him to produce a documentary that tells his story.

3 Men Gone Mad is a documentary that explores the life of an ex-punk rocker, musician and band member Michael Woodacre, delving into how music has been the most beautiful thing in his life but simultaneously the most cruel.
